Rode yesterday in the MS Round Up 75 miles (actually 76.79 on my GPS) in 5:19 got a killer cramp last night that went from my ham-strings through my groin up my back. after wiggling on the floor for 5 minutes Judy and I finally massaged it out. Ready to go 100 my next time out.:) Will be back on skates this Sunday. Hope to see you then.

The Lions Ride for Sight was a beautiful and fun little ride, for most of us. Randy had mechanical difficulty about mile 2 and had to go back, he ended up going home and taking his mountain bike out for a spin. Mike fixed Michelle's first flat, but her second one she finally learned to fix herself. Susan, Chris, Steve and Lynn all took the scenic route. Rich flew with his new Speedplay pedals and bike shoes. Everyone whined about the wind, especially uphill. The 3-foot sub sandwiches at the end made it all worthwhile.
