Skate/Bike Boot Camp. OFF-skate/bike drills (this is not an "Eddy" clinic)

Thursdays, May 1 to June 5th

7:00 to 8:00 pm

Castle-n-Coasters parking lot
What to Bring on First workout:
Give me your commitment and I'll give you the list! All items should be something you already own or will be provided by fellow teammates.
Note:
You must email/RSVP your "written commitment" to me by April 20th so I can prepare for the number of people.
For six weeks, I have committed to "everyone" a skate/bike boot camp on Thursday nights from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm starting May 1 to June 5th at the Castles-n-Coaster parking lot.
You may be required to bring some items for your special workout such as an old backpack, mat for the ground,.... or some water jugs! Keep in mind that this will also require your commitment should you want to participate, which means I will personally push you, find your weaknesses and strengths, encourage you, and hope to motivate and enlighten your inner self...
The only thing I ask from you is to come with a positive attitude, encourage your teammates, leave work at home, and "Never" use the words; "I can't"! I don't care about what you can't do . . . I only care about what you Can do! This is free to all Predators to help build club spirit, but I must have at least 6-10 committed people!
